Accordingly, the consolidated financial statements below present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of UWSA, and the results of its consolidated activities, cash flows and functional expenses for the years then ended in accordance with U. S. generally accepted accounting principles.

Accordingly, UWSA complied, in all material respects, with the types of compliance requirements that could have a direct and material effect on each of its major federal and state programs.
